Senior Commercial Manager, Denmark

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specializing in Data Centres across Europe. After showing evidence of rapid growth there are looking to expand their Danish team with a Senior Commercial Manager.

Duties will include:

·Leading the commercial team to ensure delivery of key responsibilities and develop their knowledge through training, development, and support.

·Manage and support the commercial team - Liaise with RCD

·Developing commercial awareness of the site team and overseeing Client and Team interface

·Provide Strategic Advise if challenges arise

·Monitor and Manage the commercial health of the projects.

·Prelims management

·Attend on relevant meeting for updates, plans, and strategic decisions.(Internal/External)

·Create, manage, implement  Procedures and Guidelines for the Team to improve and enhance working practice

·Supervising the preparation of Cost Plans for complex projects, using a range of cost planning techniques and software, managing the compilation of data to permit various analyses.

·Preparing long term cash forecasts for complex projects, monitors results and interpret reasons for deviations, using established techniques to minimise outflow of cash and maximise inflow.

·Identifying unacceptable terms and conditions and negotiate contracts with clients 
and employers.

Experience within data centres or similar technical builds would be a significant advantage. In return our client can offer
